Ann Joo Kim serves as President of HNAS, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, innovation, and growth strategies. Ann brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, strategy, and leadership, strengthening HNAS’ commitment to providing exceptional service and driving growth as a national TPA.

Her previous roles included leadership positions at Flume Health, Amalgamated Life Insurance Co., and Oxford Health Plans, where she demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive significant improvements in performance and efficiency.

Ann holds master's degrees in Business Administration and Public Health from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
