As regional sales director, Laurie is responsible for identifying and developing self-funding opportunities and managing the sale of new groups in Pennsylvania and surrounding markets. She has effectively positioned medical, dental, and worksite products and services to meet client expectations, and has mastered creating resolutions for broker-client issues. She has held various leadership roles during her career with the company, including director of client relations, and has a history of success in building and coaching teams to achieve organizational goals.

Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cabrini College in Organizational Management. She is a certified employee benefit specialist, and a long-tenured member of both the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators. Laurie also serves as Treasurer on the Executive Leadership Team for the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters and is involved with the Permanency Development Council/Diakon Adoption and Foster Care.
