As regional sales director, Susan is responsible for identifying and developing self-funded opportunities and helping to manage the sale of new groups in the mid-Atlantic and east coast regions.

With over 30 years of experience in the health benefits industry, Susan has developed a deep knowledge of self-funding and benefit plan design. She has held various positions during her tenure with HNAS before settling into a sales role for the past 22 years. Susan has a proven track record of understanding complex clients and creating custom solutions.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Moravian College and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy College. She has earned her Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College and holds a PPACA Certification from the National Association of Health Underwriters. As a life-long animal lover, Susan also volunteers with Main Line Animal Rescue.
