Lori Herzog serves as the TPA Segment President for HNAS. She has delivered transformative leadership, sustainable growth, and customer service excellence throughout her distinguished career.  

With deep knowledge of the TPA industry and a proven track record of creating innovative solutions for public and private-sector employers alike, Lori is the right person to guide and grow this business.  

Lori has held a variety of senior and executive-level leadership positions during her more than 30 years in the health insurance industry, including at ACM Holdings, Meritain, Optum, and CBSA. She has served as an advisory board member for MidAmerica and has also been a senior consultant for Medica Health Plan. Her signature skills include new sales growth strategy, employee and client retention, operational excellence, process re-engineering and contract negotiation.   

Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Minnesota State University.
