We are aware that Healthcare Interactive, Inc. (“HCIactive”), a business associate of HealthNow Administrative Services (“HNAS”), has experienced a cyber event. HCIactive performs administrative services for the HNAS member and provider portals.
HNAS is working with HCIactive to fully understand the nature and extent of the cyber event. HCIactive will notify potentially impacted members with more details about the steps being taken in response to the data exposure.
