• Management and reporting of account balances and funding
• Application of appropriate non-discrimination testing

Distinct features of the various programs include:

FSA Administration:

• Administration of a Premium Conversion Plan, Health Care Spending Account and/or Dependent Care Spending Account
• Creation of plan document, summary plan description, and compensation reduction agreement
• Optional debit cards or electronic fund transfer (EFT) to facilitate disbursement of payments for eligible expenses*

HRA Administration:

• Administration of an HRA
• Creation of plan document and summary plan description
• Optional debit cards or EFT to facilitate disbursement of payments for eligible expenses*

HSA Administration:

• An HSA is a tax-exempt account established primarily for the purpose of paying qualified medical expenses
• Administration of an HSA
